Development and Evaluation of the Inclusive Conversational AI Service for Game accessibility Enhancement
Research Goal:
- Develop and evaluate an inclusive conversational AI service to improve game accessibility for players with disabilities
- Enable people with disabilities and their close ones (i.e., families, social workers) find and use game accessibility technologies that suits them.
- Integrate the actual needs of players with disabilities in the AI development process through participatory design
Research Method:
- Production of training datasets for the development of conversational AI services
- Design and development of conversational AI service prototypes based on participatory design
- Identification of improvements and evaluation of effects through user testing
